"There on-line check in is a joke! Checked in at 3:00 and it showed an 18 minute wait. Said to arrive by 3:13. We walked in at 3:10 and the board only showed my name and my sons. He was on deck and I was 3 minutes later. Sat down and they took someone who wasn't on the board and we dropped to a 28 minute wait. When I complained I was told someone had been there all day so they let her clock out. Definitely won't be back..."

"Long wait but worth it. Nice cut, and got the "MVP" experience free, which includes shampoo and massage. Will definitely be coming back, but using their website to reserve a spot beforehand haha."

"Mixed feedback. Holly has given me two very good haircuts and was very professional. Took my young son yesterday and haircut is very bad from another employee. He's only five, but definitely his worst haircut and there's all kinds of problems- visible lines, missed spots, so much shorter than we discussed. Just bad."

"Always friendly staff here. You don't feel rushed by the stylist, even if there are people waiting for their hair to get cut. The new check in system gives you a good estimate of wait time which is really helpful. Never had a bad hair cut in the 3+ years I've been going here."

"Brought my 6 year old son in for a haircut. 1st thing I said was I did not want his head shaved too short due to colder weather coming. She buzz shaved his head all the way around. I told her “I just said I didn’t want it shaved, there’s no hair”she said there’s hair & kept cutting with no eye contact what so ever. I found that completely odd! Tried to like it but as I walked out I noticed the back was not straight at all. Had to go back in and ask her to straighten that neckline out. She said that’s his hairline. NO, that’s a crooked line! After leaving it still is not straight. I have to take him someplace else to have it cleaned up now. She also shaved a complete bald spot into the side of his head. Not worth $18 plus tip. Will never return again!"
